how it works ▪ The Film Racing Grand Prix challenges filmmakers to create short films in 100 hours.
▪ On Thursday, November 19th at 8PM EST, teams will be e-mailed a theme and a surprise element for their film. Past examples of themes include revenge, bad advice and spare change. Surprise elements can range from an action, such as shaving or brushing teeth, to a prop, such as an egg or scissors.
▪ The films must be no longer than 5 minutes and 30 seconds and must be postmarked no later than Monday, November 23rd at 11:59PM EST. Filmmakers will also have the option of uploading their film directly to the website.
▪ All of the films will be featured here on filmracing.com and will be competing for thousands in cash and prizes.
