This past weekend, over 350 teams of
filmmakers from around the world were challenged to create an original

assignment. This year's theme: Identity Theft.
Assigned props ranged from noodles to shaving cream and the assigned

Roxy
Epoxy, Tech Guru/Musician/DJ
-
Often associated with such fierce
and striking artists as Karen O, Siouxsie Sioux, and Chrissie Hynde,
Roxy Epoxy made a lasting impact on the punk and indie community in her
former band, The Epoxies. After the "indefinite hiatus" of the Epoxies
was announced in late 2007, Roxy immediately shifted gears to a new
project. Roxy Epoxy and the Rebound released their first album, Bandaids
On Bullet Holes, in March of 2009 on Metropolis Records. She is
currently working on a follow up album. In addition to writing and
performing with bands, Roxy also hosts a radio show on Portland
State University’s KPSU every Monday night and DJs live around the
Portland area.
Alison Hallett,
Portland Mercury Arts Editor -
Alison Hallett is the
Arts Editor of the
Portland
Mercury, where she covers books, theater, film, comics, and more. If
she's not working, she's probably
tweeting
about her cat.

Award-winning director Ian McCluskey takes a
collaborative, DIY approach to making documentaries. In 2003, he founded
NW Documentary,
a non-profit that creates original documentaries and teaches others to
craft their own stories. His work has been featured in numerous
festivals around the world, including Tribeca, London, and
Clermont-Ferrand, and major museums such as the Boston Museum of Fine
Arts and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
Bobby
"Fatboy" Roberts,
Cort & Fatboy -
Bobby
"Fatboy" Roberts is co-host of the iTunes featured comedy podcast "Cort
and Fatboy" and a part-time pop-culture critic/columnist for The
Portland Mercury. He also helps host Things From Another World's popular
"Geek Trivia," and has acted in the stage adaptations of "Road House"
and "Trek in the Park." He has been a semi-professional nerd in one way
or another for about 15 years now.
James
Strayer is a producer/operations manager at
Two
Penguins Productions where he handles clients such as Nike, GQ,
Macy's and Gilt Groupe.
He has
been active in the Portland film community for nearly a decade and in 2011, his
latest film, "Widow's Walk Lake"
will be released. When not in the office, he enjoys whiskey, Nick Cave
