The 100 Hour Film Race is an international competition that challenges filmmakers everywhere to create short films (5 minutes and 30 seconds max.) in 100 hours.  This is the 6th annual competition (check out past awards in 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, and 2007).  The 2012 competition is scheduled to kick off at 8PM EDT on Thursday, December 13th.  Filmmakers are e-mailed a theme, prop, and action and have until 11:59PM EDT on December 17th to write, shoot, edit, and upload an original short film.  The top 20 films are showcased here for all to see and a judging panel chooses winners to share in thousands in cash and prizes!  Make sure to check out frequently asked questions and upload specifications for your film.  If you're looking to join a team or need to fill a position, post on the 100 Hour Film Race 2012 Facebook Event Page or below on the discussion board.
